soy protein. South African nutritionists have developed a
method to process soy beans into a cost effective and
easy to prepare product. BrightMeal has a high PDI (Protein
Dispersalbility Index).

It is blended into a biologically COMPLETE "just add water"
MEAL and fortified with other nutritional supplements to
form a unique formula.
With Soy being the main ingredient and a protein value
of 15% (100g), it is one of the richer protein products of
this nature, on the market.

The meal is highly concentrated and a mere 100g of the
pre cooked meal provides a fully balanced meal for a
physically active grown up and 50g being adequate for
a child. BrightMeal is also available in various flavours
and comply with the NRV (National Reference Value).

To meet or equal the nutritional value in protein of 100g
of instant BrightMeal, one will need 3kg of maize meal
and the energy to be able to cook it!

Precooked Maize, soy protein, sucrose, vitamins and minerals
(dicalcium phosphate, sodium chloride,  magnesium oxide,
potassium iodide, ferrous fumerate, vitamin A, vitamin D,
vitamin E, vitamin B1,vitamin B2, vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin,
